Performance Polymers
Polymers are one of the most critical factors in rubber formulation performance.
Through DARKHORSE's localized services, we aim to find the most suitable polymers for our customers. Leveraging the experience of our extensive technical team and our strong capabilities in rubber formulation application experiments, we provide processing and application guidelines, coupled with excellent logistics and warehousing services, all to create greater value for our customers.


Special Additives
The most distinctive feature of rubber formulations is their cross-linking capability.
By combining different cross-linking agents or plasticizing additives, we can achieve optimal dynamic viscoelastic properties to meet customer requirements for wet slip, rolling resistance, abrasion resistance, and other performance characteristics.
Aside from the tread, N3/5/6 series carbon black is most widely used in other tire components. Currently, rCB (Recovered carbon black from ELTs) has approached this performance level, and it achieves a better balance between sustainability and affordability. Therefore, leading tire companies have established deep partnerships with various rCB manufacturers.
Furthermore, among the many sustainable materials currently available, only rCB can reduce carbon emissions without increasing raw material costs; the high cost of other materials limits their progress towards sustainability.

Sustainable Materials
Our partner's rCB products achieve a good balance between performance and sustainability:
1. Carbon emissions are only about 15% of virgin carbon black;
2. The microstructure is between N330 and N326, and the formulation performance is equivalent to N550.
