2026 Week 23 Price Commentary
Last week, the overall market was stable and a price reduction trend. Also with the newe SSBR capacity on stream from Chisage side, we noticed the commodity SSBR 2564 price decreased about 1100RMB/MT.
Butadiene, 11785->11750
Polybutadiene rubber (PBR BR9000), 14570->14470
NdBR 9106, 25900->25500
ESBR 1712, 13500->13240
SSBR 2564S, 13960->12880
Butyl rubber (BB2030), still 33500 no change.
Meanwhile, the price of natural rubber increased about 400RMB/MT, SVR3L, from 18060->18470, STR20 MIX, from 17140->17694.
With the possibility of a super El Niño event this year, natural rubber prices may rise further.
